The place is right where you want to be, steps from everything, but I was shocked to find a cockroach crawling around the room. The location made up for the inconvenience, yet that little critter really put a damper on things.

The neighborhood is spot‑on and the room felt cozy enough for a good night’s sleep. Too bad there was no breakfast offered, especially given the price I paid – I’d have expected at least a simple continental. Overall, the stay was decent but the missing morning meal left a gap.

Staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to answer questions or point me in the right direction. Their friendliness made the whole experience feel smooth, even though there wasn’t much else to comment on.

The spot is perfect for nightlife and the terrace is a nice place to hang out, but the price was way out of line with what you actually get. The apartment was damp, dirty, and even had cockroaches wandering around, plus it lacked basic equipment. All that made the value feel terrible despite the great location.

The location couldn’t be better – right near everything, especially the little town of Lagoa, and the view of the hill was stunning. We loved the outdoor area, which had a wonderful vibe and was perfect for our breakfast, and Flavio was extremely kind and flexible with both check‑in and check‑out. No complaints at all; we’ll definitely be back.
