The location is good, but walking down the steps from the top floor was annoying because an alarm went off.

The location was excellent and the cleaning, room service and bar staff were great! However, when we checked in we were not greeted immediately while standing at the front desk; when they finally acknowledged us, I wasn’t told about the member perks and didn’t receive everything that other members of my tier got. Our room stayed warm even with the air at 60 and there was no circulation in the bathroom at all. We were there for our class reunion and several people, including myself, saw bugs.

The location is fine even though there are many homeless people around. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels and t‑shirts are changed each day. I wish the hotel had more information about the city and a map. The old buildings mean the windows aren’t well insulated, so I had to sleep with a mask because of daylight (which is normal since there aren’t many buildings with shutters in the area). Breakfast isn’t included with the rooms.
