The location and overall facilities are typical for the area and decent. However, severe cleanliness and hygiene problems make it unfit for recommendation in its current state. The toilets are in awful condition, bathrooms aren’t properly sanitized or scrubbed with detergent, leaving them unpleasant even for a budget hotel. The bed sheets, blankets, duvet covers, and bath towels, originally white, have turned dark grey, are heavily stained, and in some places visibly torn; they should be discarded or thoroughly bleached. The most alarming issue was seeing staff use the pantry sink—where guest plates and utensils are washed—to rinse their mouths, a serious health violation that must be stopped immediately. The property has potential given its location and facilities, but management must urgently train staff on basic hygiene and food‑handling standards, overhaul housekeeping, and replace worn linens.

The stay was very comfortable, the food was good, and most importantly, the staff were very well behaved and courteous, responding very nicely. Everything was good, with no complaints from my side.

There were a lot of bedbugs in the room, and I couldn't sleep for two days.
