The staff were nice, but the air‑conditioning took forever to kick in.

The place is close to IKEA and topen, but the facilities and service were bad.

My recent stay at the hotel was disappointing: the room felt stuffy, a rag lay on the stairs, the neighboring karaoke made noise, there were cockroaches in the room, and the towels were poor quality.

The staff were friendly, but it was hard to communicate.

The location was good, yet the door lock was broken and the lamp had problems, wasting a few hours waiting for repairs.
