“Decepcionante”

The only thing that mattered was the location and the amazing view. The little balcony was dirty and stained with a strong urine smell, and when we opened the door a heavy damp odor hit us. To use the microwave we had to lift it off the fridge. There was no dish soap anywhere, not even in the bathroom. And as soon as we turned on the light, cockroaches started crawling out of the room. For a place that charges a lot per night, it wasn’t equipped properly, especially compared to other spots we’ve stayed at.

The staff was meticulous and paid close attention to detail to make the days enjoyable. The only downside was that the bathroom door didn’t close from the outside.

“De pasada, pero con ganas de quedarme más tiempo.”

Everything was perfect: the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, Angel’s service was excellent, clear and attentive with the instructions. I love the location, but we couldn’t use the pool because we arrived late and left early, which was a shame since we were only passing through. We’ll be back soon. Thank you so much. I have no complaints.
