The initial greeting was polite and friendly. We had a lovely pool and sea view. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with a vast choice, even a chef at an egg station. We were worried about parking because the hotel is up a hill and parking is limited nearby, but we managed to find a space in a car park next door, so the worry quickly went away.

The place was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly, but the food tasted bad and the menu never listed allergens.

The room was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff were very pleasant; all hotel amenities were excellent and the whole place looked tasteful and tidy. The buffet was spectacular, both at breakfast and dinner, with high‑quality food. However, the hot water sometimes failed, and the reception could be more car‑friendly for check‑in and check‑out—it's not obvious that we can pull up and unload our luggage because of the gate.

I liked the facilities and the location, but I didn't appreciate that the dinner didn't mention anywhere that drinks weren't included, that they took away the plate before I finished, and that the pool was frozen.
