No Wi‑Fi, a dirty room, no hot water, and communication was practically nonexistent. Every time we reached out, we were given another promise that “someone is coming” to fix it. Someone would come, someone would check, someone would help… except, of course, nobody actually did. 🤡 The “fresh and clean” towels were delivered by being left on the floor. A truly innovative approach to hospitality. At one point, the person handling our messages offered us a larger room as compensation — apparently “the biggest room” they had. We agreed, thinking that perhaps, finally, someone was actually going to do something to make this situation right. Then we were told that she needed to check with the manager whether she was allowed to offer it to us. And then… silence. She simply stopped replying for the rest of the day. 🤡🤡🤡 We also asked for a refund and to cancel the reservation, but unfortunately, despite all the problems, that was apparently not an option. The place is absolutely dreadful. Honestly, I wouldn’t let my dog stay here overnight — I’d be genuinely worried he might need a vet afterwards. And the breakfast? Vacuum‑packed bread, instant coffee and cheap jam. Because apparently that’s what they consider breakfast. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax, have a hot shower, use Wi‑Fi and receive basic customer service, look literally anywhere else. A truly unforgettable experience — just not for the reasons you would hope. Definitely do not recommend.

Nothing! The rooms were very low quality. We booked two rooms. One looked like staff accommodation. No window in the room. The shower was small and old. Everything looked neglected and old. The breakfast that was included was yogurt left in the fridge and coffee from a machine in the room. Shame to get rooms like that at that price.

The booking said breakfast was included, and we paid the higher price for it. When we arrived, we were told there was no breakfast and the reception was unreachable to clarify. The beds were sagging, you could feel every spring, the shower was broken, the tap fell off, and only cold/ lukewarm water came out. The value for money does not match. I would not recommend it; for the €137 you pay, you definitely get something nicer.
