The garden is nice, there’s a complimentary drink, and the place is clean, but the room is very small and the parking in front feels unsafe.

Hotel Caravaggio, located in Florence's Piazza Indipendenza, offers classic rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi, some with views of Florence Cathedral. The hotel features a peaceful garden, 24-hour staff, and a tour desk. It's close to Santa Maria Novella Station, Fortezza da Basso park, and the historical centre, with daily buffet breakfast served in the garden or rooms.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and clean, and the reception area is beautiful and inviting, but the AC wasn’t strong enough and the room felt a bit hot.

Breakfast and the terrace for eating were good; the location was close to the city center for walking. The room was small and offered little space to move around.
