The local familiar room is located in front of the family temple, and they are very hospitable and friendly, making it a wonderful experience. I attended one of their religious ceremonies, which was very beautiful. Exactly what I wanted.

Convenient location; clean; close to Circle K and Warung Sika; free coffee, but you apparently have to ask for hot water since the thermos only holds cold water. There was a mix‑up at check‑in, but the staff resolved it after I raised a small complaint (the room wasn’t ready at check‑in time, but they gave me a different room with more comfortable conditions, according to the staff).

Nothing positive. The hosts were rude and aggressive; this was my first time experiencing such horror. I don’t recommend this place if you value peace and comfort—just disgusting.

The place is plain and basic, typical Balinese. The room had everything needed, was very dark because it had no windows but otherwise fine. The bathroom was tiny. I’d come back for short stays :) I had set aside the comments about confusion, but I have to admit I found a lot of noise. You can hear everything happening outside the door, I heard a lot of sounds, even the family yelling at each other. The first night I didn’t sleep much, the second went better.
