“Muffiges Zimmer und kein kooperatives Personal”
We were given a musty room that we complained about right away, but the staff offered no alternative except a scented diffuser. Only after persistent insistence and involving higher management did we get a different room that didn’t smell of mold.
“First and Best place we stayed in Vientam”
It was our first time in Vietnam, and only after staying elsewhere did I realize how special this place is. The air conditioning is wonderfully cold and controllable from the room, the pool view is amazing, the beds are comfortably soft for us Westerners, and breakfast is varied yet personal—really loved staying here. The only gripe was that the sink drained a little slowly; otherwise, it was one of the best places we stayed in Vietnam.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but the room had a strong paint smell.
The staff are attentive and friendly, the hotel feels cozy, and I’ll gladly return.
The staff were genuinely nice and friendly, but the facility needs work to eliminate the sewage smell. The room itself stank badly, like a bathroom/toilet odor, probably from a sewage or canal system issue; it smelled moldy the moment you stepped inside. Our family suffered that smell all night and left the next day.
