The AC didn’t work in either room I stayed in; the staff was rude and didn’t help even after I made multiple complaints about the AC, and the front desk attendant at 11 o’clock cursed at me.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent, valet parking was wonderful, the rooftop pool was nice, and the location is within walking distance of River Street and the historic area, but only one elevator was working.

I really liked the location and the motel’s bar; breakfast was nice, the valet gentleman was very helpful, and the person who checked me in was also very helpful, but the morning front desk person was not engaged.

The breakfast buffet was great! Something for everyone. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing my daughter and I didn’t care for after a long day of sightseeing was that the tv got primarily male oriented programming. I would have liked more available tv of interest
