The location was fine. The floor was wet and soaked because it had been mopped, and I told front desk that it was condensation from my refrigerator being off. He said that was why the prominent sign talked about the thermostat, but the sign only said the unit is controlled by a wall device that uses a wifi connection, so there’s no need to adjust heat or cool from the unit itself. We could see the mop marks on the very wet floor, and this housekeeping issue was not addressed, which was a very disappointing stay.

I didn't like anything about the place; it was in Danny industrial area and didn't feel safe. The hotel was pretty clean, but the beds were so uncomfortable. It felt like a ghost town with many vacant rooms, and we were put on the fourth floor at the far end, which made it scary to get out.
