The hotel's service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was small but spotless, with a comfortable bed and a decent-sized bathroom. My only real complaint was the noise from the street outside, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Still, the excellent service made up for it, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel's proximity to the terminal was a major plus, and the restaurant staff were super attentive and friendly, serving up a fantastic Sunday buffet. However, things took a turn when I checked in and the front desk staff seemed completely unaware of my booking, and to make matters worse, they didn't have the room I'd reserved through the platform. The room itself was a bit of a letdown, with two beds instead of one, a blown light bulb, and a TV signal that was basically non-existent.

The hotel's location is a major plus, but unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. I was given a room with a cockroach on the curtain, which was promptly changed, but the new room had another cockroach in the bed. The beds themselves were old and had hair on them, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and there was even a blood stain on one of the sheets. It's a shame, because with some serious cleaning and maintenance, this place could be decent.
