The curtain in the room wouldn’t lower properly. The apartment is only a few meters from a busy intersection, so you could hear traffic. Directions were unclear and finding the building was hard; the instructions to enter were incomplete. The host told us to contact the property management company, and I had to call them to get the final entry details. That whole process took a couple of hours, waiting for responses from the host, the management firm, and locating the address.

The location is great and you can walk everywhere. It was a bit tricky to locate the apartment the first time, and they didn’t tell us which floor it was on.

The photos don’t match reality. The old apartment has a major problem: 1. Unbearable night noise from traffic that lasts until morning; the building isn’t insulated and the windows are from the 80s–90s. 2. The bathroom is very uncomfortable, with a small tub and a shower that feels unsafe, especially with a large window on the 11th floor where you’re scared of slipping. The cleaning supplies are everywhere—disgusting. The place needs a full renovation. I strongly advise against it; a hotel room would be better.
