The welcome was very pleasant, and the location is calm with a garden and a parking lot 30 minutes on foot from the Duomo; the room itself is spacious.

The staff were friendly, yet the building feels very old, the shower sometimes gave cold water randomly, the towel warmer was broken, and the fridge had no water; at breakfast many items were not fresh and the coffee machine didn’t work.

The staff handled check‑in and check‑out quickly and helpfully, the bus stop and tram station are nearby, and the rail station is a 15‑minute ride; the breakfast was great, but the lights could be brighter, the room was quite dark, and the bed linen didn’t seem as clean as it should.

“Pésimo servicio y relación precio calidad”

Nada. No me gustó nada, desde no saber la entrada al sitio, el personal súper mal atento y sin explicar nada sabiendo que no hablamos italiano. Lo venden como un hotel y es un completo hostal, sin mencionar que lo que dan no es desayuno sino un snack con panes quemados
