“Really relaxed stay in traditional surroundings”

The building is oddly designed with no visible entrance from the outside, but Ezekial was incredibly helpful and the thermal pool was great. The Wi‑Fi was spotty.

The hotel and its location are lovely for a couple of days or nights, but a week felt too long because nothing much happened nearby. We had to ask for toilet paper every day, and breakfast was repetitive with very little variety.

Our stay at Hotel San Miguel turned out to be a real success; we were pleasantly surprised in every way. From the warm welcome by Ezequiel at check‑in, to the charm of the place, the attention to detail in the room, the gardens—all were handled with care and meticulousness. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and felt happy. The thermal area and sauna were special spots we loved a lot. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was good. Saúl at breakfast was also very attentive. We will definitely return.

The place was peaceful and the staff were friendly. It felt like a charming house, perfect for rest and relaxation. Nothing was missing; everything was great.
