The hotel is beautiful, right above the palm tree basket, blends nicely with its surroundings and cares about the environment. The staff are very helpful.

Everything was incredible—from the warm welcome to the rooms, the pool, and the view—immersing us in an extraordinary atmosphere; it’s the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever visited, and there was nothing negative.

This hotel really deserves a look; its concept is fascinating with a stunning design and an amazing view over Nefta and its palm grove, plus the food is very good and the staff is very pleasant. However, it needs a refresh—its facilities look as if they’ve been untouched since around 2011, with mattresses and outdoor seating that are punctured, torn parasols, metal spikes protruding dangerously on the terrace, an old hammam with peeling paint, and rooms that lack cleanliness (blocked sink, sand on mattresses). The natural pool is nice but would benefit from a deep clean, especially since many pigeons visit and leave droppings and feathers, and the tourist maps are also outdated.
