The location is close to the city, but the photos don’t match reality; the hotel looks run‑down and has no plan for a cozy atmosphere. When we arrived, we were given standard information, and we were excited about the terrace on the 5th floor, only to find that to get there we had to go down to the lower floor and then either take the elevator or climb the stairs to the 5th floor. It’s hard to understand how you can expect guests to feel comfortable in such a setting; the room was cold, very run‑down, and had no decoration.
