The location was good and towels were swapped daily. Unfortunately, the rooms were very small; we had a room for three with three single beds, and we had to fold our luggage to reach the bathroom. The decorative pillows on the beds were stinky, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

The place was well‑situated and the staff were very efficient. There was a lot of noise, the bed was very hard, and a huge green emergency light at night made it impossible to sleep. Before leaving, I received several scam messages related to my reservation with my personal data.

The location is ideal—close to metro and train stations, buses, and you can walk almost anywhere in central Madrid if you enjoy exploring on foot. The room isn’t huge or super pretty, but it has everything it needs. It’s clean and tidy, a bit cramped for the price, but overall a good place to stay.
