The location is perfect, the hotel is nice but a bit dated. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the TV is old and unreliable, with very few channels and inconsistent casting. The pillows were lumpy and need replacement.

The location was great, the room was clean and the bed was lovely. The restaurant closed, so the entrance from Pottinger Street was shut and the staff gave lame excuses for why; the lobby was tiny, so with the restaurant gone there was nowhere to meet other guests.
