The breakfast was subpar: the yogurt was warm and the eggs runny. The carpets were filthy, the staff were always on their phones, and two days after checkout I was hit with charges I didn’t make; I was told I’d get a refund but never did.

The breakfast was fine and well‑stocked, the location fit our needs, and the hotel looked new and nice but seemed to have suffered a recent flood. When we arrived, only one room was properly billed, so I had to call customer service to fix the second room’s charge. The first room was musty and clearly water‑damaged—bubbled wood, mold on trim, damp sticky carpet, broken tiles, and bad caulk. The second room was also musty, so we asked to move; the replacement room was better and didn’t smell musty, probably because the damage was only on the first floor. The alarm clock had been set to 1 AM, so we woke up when it rang, which was annoying after a 10‑hour trip with 11 people, including a baby.

The staff was great, everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The breakfast was awful. The worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel.

The staff was friendly and as accommodating as possible within the parameters they had to work with. The carpet in the first room assigned was sopping wet, not just damp. The bathroom light was out in the next room we were sent to. We were given two towels for two individuals for a two‑day stay. When we requested more at the front desk, we were told none were available because they had to be washed and dry for the entire hotel. The breakfast area was covered with gnats; several flew out as we lifted the cover to the bread tray. We intended to swim the morning before checkout, but the electronic lock to the pool area was malfunctioning, and staff said there was no ETA for maintenance to arrive.
