The location was convenient and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were extremely uncomfortable; we felt uneasy, and the four‑person room had no wardrobe at all, turning our stay into a nightmare of living out of suitcases, with the sink practically attached to the coat rack.

The room was set up wonderfully, the team was welcoming and helpful, the washers and dryers were super easy to use, and I loved the rooftop view for my yoga practice; the location was great. The coffee might just need a cleaner machine.

The hotel is gorgeous and the family rooms are spacious enough for a trip with two kids; the location is right in the middle of everything so you can walk to most attractions, the staff are very friendly, everything is clean and the rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view…we’ll be back! The only downside is that drivers have almost no place to pull up in front of the hotel to unload luggage, so it’s better to turn into a side street.

The location, staff, and facilities were all good, and having laundry facilities was a great help during our trip across Japan.
