“It's every this that I expected”
The breakfast consisted of standard items normally offered at most chains. No negative points.
We asked room service to clean the room one day and they never did.

“This is a repeat stay”
The beds are the most comfortable in any hotel chain. No negative points.
“Nice clean room”
Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine. The egg omelettes were overcooked and a bit dry. Coffee was good, and there was quite a variety of caffeine‑free herbal teas! We would have liked a green tea or a decaf black tea option.
