“Maravilhosa vale muito a pena”

I liked it a lot – great value for the price, the room was spacious and clean. The location makes it easy to catch a boat and go on a trip, the kitchen is nice, and the host was very attentive. I’ll definitely come back.

“Não tivemos uma boa experiência sobre o que foi vendido”

The shower had almost no water and it overflowed, the sink pipe leaked and soaked the toilet paper. The AC was awful, like a boat engine – impossible to sleep. Walls were dirty, no TV, the pool area was a small dirty tank, and the garden was overgrown. I won’t come back or recommend.

The place was clean and organized, rooms were big, AC worked well, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils. But it only partially met expectations. It felt insecure – low walls, no reception or garage, pool a bit dirty, grass unmaintained, high wooden stairs to the second floor, uneven exterior floor. Check‑in was inflexible at 2 pm, and we were the first guests that season. The bed had no rail and the locks were rusty, my husband had to force them.

The flats are great – very functional, well equipped, and the location is good. The only downside is that the outdoor area could use a bit more care.
