The breakfast was nothing special, only packaged items. Avoid room Elena, which is for disabled access, is rather small, has few furnishings, and especially the bathroom smells bad, has no window, and the toilet is inside the shower.

A beautiful property with well‑maintained rooms, nice bathrooms, and ample internal parking. The breakfast was excellent, even offering gluten‑free and lactose‑free options. It’s a good base for day trips to Terminillo and Lake Piediluco.

Our double room, which could accommodate four people even though we were just two, was roomy and spotless; at the entrance we found a kettle, a coffee machine, plus biscuits, Nutella and jams, and a mini‑fridge stocked with three bottles of water included in the price; the hotel is a few kilometres from Poggio Bustone and about fifteen minutes from Rieti; breakfast was good and abundant, offering both sweet and savory options; the owner was very friendly and gave us plenty of tips on local sights, and we will definitely return.
