Everything was good, with no negatives to note.
The hotel’s proximity to the railway station is convenient, the cleanliness is good, and it offers good value for money.
“Nice affordable Hotel with a warm n cordial staff .”
Breakfast was included in the room rate and was tasty, and lunch and dinner were also delicious. The hotel is affordable, close to Raipur Railway Junction, and I had a nice stay; I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family if we travel to Raipur again.
“Extremely disappointing stay-dirty room and bed linen, an hour-long delay in resolving the issue”
I was deeply disappointed: the bed linen and the room were dirty upon arrival, and it took about an hour for staff to replace the linen. The location was inconvenient, and the staff were uncooperative and unhelpful when I raised these concerns, so the experience was far below my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, and my experience made me question the reliability of the positive reviews.
The AC worked well, but the bedsheets were never changed and remained dirty. The staff could be more polite, and the bathroom door was poorly finished.
