“Für Behinderte ist dieses Hotel leider nicht zu empfehlen”

The staff were mostly nice and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was mediocre overall and there was basically no space, especially when traveling in a group. We often felt like we were in a snack bar. The staff were overwhelmed and the offering was very limited. We had a prior agreement to use an extra room, but after two days it was handed over to other guests without any notice. We were guests with disabilities and cannot recommend this hotel. It’s a shame.

The place was quite clean and the staff friendly. Everything was electronic, from check‑in to the self‑service room key coding.

“Reinfall”

There was no proper breakfast room. About 30 tables were set up for roughly 150 guests, who then had to sit at the counter, on coffee tables, or on stools with a tray on their lap. You can’t enjoy breakfast like that.

We had trouble checking in: the staff directed us to the registration terminals. Because we booked several rooms, the device pointed us to the staff, who were then not available at that moment. The hotel advertises being dog‑friendly, but the dogs understandably can’t enter the breakfast area. The staff couldn’t offer an alternative.
