“The stay was decent.”
It was quiet, but the elevators weren't working and we were stuck on the 4th floor.
Location was good, staff were friendly, but wallpaper was falling off the wall in the room.
“I will never book a stay with this hotel chain again”
The bed was horrible
“Good”
The staff were fine, but overall I give it a pass grade.
“Very disappointing for the amount of money”
The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, but the room was very hot at night; housekeeping came up and confirmed the AC wasn't working properly, making the room hot.
