Very close to Allianz Stadium. No hair dryer; two hand moisturisers were bolted to the wall instead of a hand wash, so I had to reach into the shower to wash my hands. The lights are dim and I can’t see inside the room.

The location is fine. The room’s cleanliness was disappointing – I found another guest’s hair clip on the floor, indicating it hadn’t been properly cleaned before I arrived. The walls are extremely thin, letting me hear conversations from adjacent rooms and doors slamming. Housekeeping begins vacuuming at 7 AM, disturbing people still sleeping. There’s no complimentary bottled water in the room, a basic amenity I’d expect at this price for a four‑star hotel. Overall, the cleanliness, noise, and missing basics are far below expectations for a hotel of this standard, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

“Good location and aesthetic, but everything else needs some work”

The hotel sits in a good spot and has a lively vibe with a nice pool area, but the construction feels weak—shower water flooded the whole room, and the deluxe room was actually small. The curtain was broken and wouldn’t close; I brought it up to reception, but they barely acknowledged the issue. When I needed to pick up my belongings from reception, no one was there and the phone went unanswered, even though it was during their open hours.

The room was beautiful, large, bright, and the bed was comfortable, yet the bathroom was tight, though it had been nicely renovated.

“Really enjoyable, i will stay again and look forward to my next trip to NSW”

I enjoyed my visit and will book again because the team was great and the location was perfect, but I had no TV for two nights of my stay.
