The new hotel is stunning, and the bed feels unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the location is great. However, at check‑in they didn’t explain anything, just handed you the key card.
“I add high expectations and was disappointed”
The design is nice, but there were many service‑related problems. The service itself was inattentive.

The breakfast was good, but the menu could use more variety; it’s the same choices every day.
