Perfect for our extended family. The cleanliness, central location, amazing staff, and communication were all excellent, and breakfast was divine.

The hotel sits in a great spot near many shops, but the ground‑floor room faces the main road, so traffic noise and a lot of noise from the room above were noticeable.

Location and staff. 1.Needs major update on rooms 2. Cleanliness of room appears ok,but they require a thorough deep clean - not to my standard 3. Room furniture was not up to standard of the mecure hotel brand - damaged and very outdated - mattress was not nice, towels were very average 4. Water jug was filthy, dust throughout room, bathtub leaked out onto floor etc. We left at 6.00am so was not able speak to staff about these concerns
