The location was a bit far from the beach. The cleaning and room service were poor.
The place was really nice, with a great pool, a beach before the main beach, and a good view. The staff at the outside bar and the cleaners were very friendly. Breakfast was complete with plenty of choices, except maybe for the orange juice. The way the staff talked to guests was rude and almost aggressive; they’re young and still need to learn to be more professional.
“Cold eggs”
This is a quaint small hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic and the room was clean and tidy. The pool although small was fine for the time I was there. Cold breakfast, the fried eggs were left out on trays so were cold as was the french toast. Not enjoyable
The staff were very friendly, especially Aldrin, and the hotel offered a private beach area and a pool that added value since the sea was dirty. We finally received a sea‑view room after the original one was dirty and had a broken door, but the replacement was acceptable though missing a do‑not‑disturb sign and a hotel information sheet with restaurant and pool hours. Cleaning in the common areas and our room was problematic. I had informed the hotel of my dairy allergy and they confirmed it was fine, yet no plant‑based milk or yogurt were available, forcing me to buy them at the shop next to the hotel. The first morning’s regular yogurt was expired and still on the table, and there were no clear signs indicating breakfast options—you have to discover them yourself. It isn’t a five‑star hotel.

The pool and the beach location are fantastic. There is a lot of deferred maintenance and the hotel offers mainly luxury by local standards. I also find it odd that a single boy runs the entire breakfast and three people behind the reception are on their phones. That’s the overall vibe of the hotel, in my opinion. I think it’s too expensive for what you get.
