“Only stayed one night but very happy with the hotel and location”
A lovely hotel with great comfort. The location is perfect for walking around Inverness or heading out for dinner. The gardens are attractive, and parking is safe.
I was close to the river, which was great, but the dinner at the restaurant fell short; the halibut was overcooked.

The staff were friendly—not excellent but very good—and the breakfast was fine, but the bathroom, hotel room, and lounge area were suited for conference visitors, not tourists seeking cozy luxury; the walk through the corridors was long and the lighting at dinner was very poor.

The only improvement needed is to serve freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast; otherwise everything was excellent.
