Absolutely nothing. Mainly the terrible reception service; I was completely outraged by the receptionist, who was extremely rude, gross, and untactful.

Cleanliness and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The location was far from the city center, and the mattress was very soft.
