The hotel was very clean and the furniture looked fairly new. They offer two types of junior suites: a standard junior suite and a corner junior suite. We upgraded to the corner junior suite and it was amazing; the room was large and spacious. The hotel sits on Gran Via, so the outside area is very busy. The only issue was that there were only two elevators, and they were always crowded.
