The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The location is great and lets you connect with travel agencies to arrange various types of transport in and out of the city. The room was close to the elevator and there was a bit of noise.

The spot was decent and the showers were hot with great pressure. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, and the restaurant food was good. Most staff were friendly, especially in the dining area and housekeeping, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel while I explored the city. When I came back drenched from a downpour, they kindly offered me a towel. However, the front desk clerk was rude and made me feel unwelcome. The “wellness centre” claim was misleading – there was no spa, just a massage parlor in a different building. I booked a full‑body massage, but the therapist only applied oil to part of my body and didn’t actually massage. The rooms weren’t sound‑proof; the connecting door let me hear the next guest clearly. The Wi‑Fi never worked, and my sheets were torn. The neighborhood was fine, but as a solo traveler I still felt the need to stay alert.

The hotel’s location and cozy vibe were nice, but there were a few issues. The housekeeping forgot to restock toilet paper, and the maid didn’t refill the bathroom supplies. When we arrived, the floor was dirty, so I had to clean it myself with an alcohol‑soaked wipe. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast; given the price, there were no fresh fruits, breads, or cakes.
