“Great adult property with tremendous views”
The view, pool staff, cleanliness, infinity pools, food, and security were all excellent. The beach can’t be swum in because of a very strong undertow, but it looks beautiful from the several infinity pools.
“For the most part it was wonderful. We will return!”
The staff are friendly and the resort is clean. The sliding door was fogged, and the bed pillows were extremely hard.
“Disappointed”
The location was a major selling point for us, but unfortunately, the upgrade we were offered turned out to be a letdown. We paid a premium for a room that didn't quite live up to our expectations, and the squeaky toilet didn't help matters. To make things worse, the staff seemed more interested in selling us on their meal plans than in addressing our concerns.
“Perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit”
Perfect location – a nice beach with an uninterrupted view of the sea.
“Disappointing service though this hotel has a beautify view and design”
The stunning views and beautiful gardens were a highlight of our stay, but the unfriendly staff really let us down. We were repeatedly disturbed on our last morning, just hours after our scheduled check-out time, which was incredibly frustrating.
