The setting was peaceful, yet we booked a villa that should have accommodated 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) and paid in full. When we arrived, the staff demanded an extra 50 % because they hadn’t been told how many guests were coming. I had requested a change three days before, but they wouldn’t comply. The place is hard to reach, the booking is non‑refundable, and it’s in the inner suburbs with poor coverage. Paying with an international debit card or local Visa POS adds a 2 % service charge. Everything else—attractions, the pool, Wi‑Fi, food—was overpriced and subpar. We regret coming and would not recommend it; we were the only guests that weekend.
