Everything was perfect.

The surroundings were nice, but the cabin was really dirty.

No one was there to greet us, the reception closed at 4 pm and no one answered the phone, there was no key‑box code even though we had received a confirmation email for our 7 pm arrival, we saw two people working at the activity desk who basically sent us away, we had to find another hotel at 10 pm so we wouldn't have to sleep outside with the kids, we were forced to pay for the second hotel in advance and had to shorten our stay by one night because nothing else was available.
