Anemolia Mountain Resort

The hotel is definitely one of the most beautiful in the area. The rooms, a bit old-fashioned in terms of furniture, are comfortable in terms of bedding. I also think we were upgraded because we had a mountain view, which was very pleasant, especially when the sun shone on the room in the afternoon. The staff are friendly. The hotel is well‑located for visiting Delphi, being only 6 km away, and it’s also close to the village where you can dine in the evening. The only issue is finding a parking spot! It was disappointing that the pool couldn’t be used for swimming because it was really too cold, a common problem in Greek hotels. The breakfast was decent but not exceptional; we found everything we needed for those two days. Note that the hotel is a bus transit point, which caused some noise, but it didn’t really bother us.

“Excellent yet short”

The pool is very nice with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was very tasty (according to my son). The only downside is that you can clearly hear your neighbors closing their door.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms need renovation. The room was cold with an old radiator and the air‑conditioning was broken and dirty. The pool was not heated as promised, it was cold.

“A hotel for large groups, where dinner is a privilege and a good night’s sleep is a matter of luck. Good luck!”

The housekeeping staff were genuinely friendly, and a lady working at breakfast was particularly kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, these were among the very few positives of our stay. The hotel clearly prioritises large groups over individual guests. If a group pays for a buffet, you get a dinner option for 20 € per person. Otherwise, even on a Saturday night, your only option is a toast! Food delivery wasn’t available, and after bringing food from outside you’re not allowed to eat in the huge, completely empty lounge. You’re sent to your room instead. If you’re unlucky enough to stay alongside hundreds of Italian students, forget about sleeping. Soundproofing is nonexistent, and noisy group parties are apparently perfectly acceptable until late at night. In short, having dinner and getting some sleep depend entirely on luck in this place…so good luck!
