Everything above 1 is thanks to the receptionist, a Russian lady. I appreciate her help and friendliness; I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this time I had to. The taxi to the airport cost about 15 euros. Everything else was bad. I tried to describe it strongly but my emotions faded. No one told us we had transport to the beach, the pool was dirty and cold, and there were gaps between buildings not shown in photos, so I rejected one hotel because of that. At night a pipe burst… no response. No compensation or concern, and the night shift didn’t speak English or apologize; I had to turn the water off myself because they didn’t know what to do. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was very modest, with a menu on the table but no real choice. The mentioned lady only tried to do something. Also, the hotel name is misleading, different from the listing, and the photos are heavily edited compared to reality.
