I booked a room that was confirmed, but when I asked the owner he said all rooms were taken. Trying to negotiate with him, he claimed there were still rooms available for others. I had to ask hard for a room after 8 pm. He treated me poorly, so I’ll never book through Booking again. The owner didn’t give me any compensation.

The room stank, was not clean, the pillows smelled, and the bed was infested with bed bugs. I was traveling for work, sent a message through Booking about laundry, was told it was available, but when I arrived there was none, so I had to wear a wrinkled outfit to work. Terrible.
