The place was lovely and the bed was comfortable. We chose it because of the on‑site restaurant and we expected to eat there, but the reception didn’t inform us that a prior reservation was required since they get busy. As we were staying on the property, we assumed we could dine there, but they were fully booked that night, which was very disappointing; they should prioritize reservations for guests staying at the hotel.

The hotel was quiet, peaceful, clean, and featured modern styling and interiors, and its central Pokolbin location was very convenient.

The location and atmosphere were good, but the accommodation feels dated, with lighting switches in odd places like on the opposite wall, and there’s no air‑conditioning in the bedroom.
