I was charged more than the app listed, the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach my room, and the breakfast was awful—almost nothing to eat. The staff member who greeted me was rude, and this 5‑star hotel has nothing to offer.

The hotel had a wonderful location and was beautifully designed with a lot of love and care - it really felt like home.
