The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and respectful, the room is clean, the bedding is superb, and the room space is outstanding. However, as the reviews say, there is significant noise, mostly from outside the hotel, and a small part that the management should consider: in room 201 on the first floor next to the reception, the staff’s voices can sometimes be loud and cause disturbance.

The front‑desk team was outstanding, especially Mr. Mukhtar and Ms. Shahd, who were incredibly helpful. The only downside was that the hotel was close to all the services.

The location and proximity to services were great. However, an extra fee was added for visitors, and the high number of street beggars made the entry and exit quite bothersome.
