When I booked online I asked for Non Smoking room. Staff put me in handicap room that smelled like ashtray. When I told her she found me a clean smelling room also on ground level. Easy to take luggage in w/stairs. I didn't like the 1st smoky room. 2nd room was good and VERY QUIET. Breakfast was nice esp waffles and yogurt

The price was good and the bed was comfortable, but the door had a big gap at the bottom where bugs and mice could crawl in. The front desk didn’t even give me two towels to roll up for that spot. There was no comfy seating in the room, and the desk staff were not very hospitable. I asked for two extra towels for women with long hair, but they only offered one towel per person per room and denied my request. The room had many small issues that shouldn’t have been there, and the Continental breakfast was a joke—just juice, yogurt, waffles, and coffee, and we never even had coffee.

Great location. Good price. 2 out of the 5 lights didn't work. The sink was draining very slow. Both issues were told to the front office. No responce.The carpet good use a good shampoo

This place needs to shut down and get a makeover. The boards were falling off the walls, the wall sockets were popping out, the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the sheets looked awful, and there were flies everywhere. Everything was wrong about this hotel, and I’ve stayed in much better places.
