Breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were cozy and well‑furnished.

The bed was soft and comfortable, the carpet was nice, the room lighting was good, and everything was clean.

The location was superb, the new hotel was tidy and spacious with a balcony, and the breakfast spread was generous. However, the breakfast area was too hot, the air‑conditioning should have been used, and parking was scarce so you had to park on the street.

The staff were friendly and helpful; they prepared a crib for us right away and gladly supplied extra towels, the room was nicely cleaned and spacious enough for two little ones, and the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very tasty. However, when we went down for dinner the terrace was full and inside there was only a two‑person table, which would have suited us but the staff didn’t arrange an extra chair from another table, leaving us to sort it out ourselves while they just watched; during dinner the team seemed rushed, irritated and overwhelmed by the guest count. We waited a long time for the three pizzas, which arrived separately and uncut, and when we asked for them to be sliced they were cut into four pieces, leaving the slices still too large. The breakfast coffee was decent, but the automatic machine grounds the beans so coarsely for cappuccino that water runs through too quickly, producing a weak, flavorless drink. In the room the air‑conditioner was locked, so we could only turn it on or off, not set a temperature, and the shower gel was very diluted and didn’t foam, making washing uncomfortable.
