The staff were one of the few bright spots, especially the gentlemen downstairs who immediately helped when we had a toilet pressure issue. On the downside, the place was filthy: there were plenty of visible black hairs on the floor when we checked in, and even after wiping with damp wipes ten times the floor stayed black. The micro‑suite was so small that fitting even one suitcase was uncomfortable, and the slippers in the room were dirty.

I’m a regular here because the spot is convenient and the free drinks are a nice perk, so I’ll definitely be back. The only hiccup was that there weren’t enough toothbrushes supplied for everyone in our party.

The front‑desk staff during the first two nights were exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving us a lot of assistance. On the final night the door lock malfunctioned, we tried calling the desk to no answer, and when we went to the front desk ourselves there was nobody there, so the response was far from efficient.
