The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, solving any problems instantly, which made the stay very enjoyable. The cleaning was a bit lacking, and some facilities feel a bit outdated.

“Just way to loud - you will see it starts at 5am .... Just wait and see”

I didn't like much about this place. Only one-third of the unit had A/C. The hotel only has four rooms, and for the price you could find something better. Everything is extra; they charge if you want your room before 2 pm (even if it's empty, otherwise they’ll let you sit there in the heat). They also charge for staying 30 minutes longer, for fresh towels, whether you stay 3 or 5 days. Construction was happening on three sides of the hotel, with insane noise starting at 5 am. A scooter rental was right across 10 feet, and people talked and played music day and night. The caretaker, who lives next to the room, made a lot of noise, cooked outside, and the curtain in the main area didn’t close fully, letting the caretaker’s kitchen look directly into my room. Ants were on the table, sink, and bathroom. The single A/C unit only cools one-third of the hotel suite. The bathroom is very hot due to direct sunlight. You have to go to the main road to find beach access, and a huge new hotel is being built right in front with no beach access for you. For the price, I expected so much more.

Nice place in a good location, but we encountered a building site right there, so it was noisy often, and the pictures don’t quite match reality. The staff are friendly and the apartment is well equipped. There is no air conditioning in the main area.

“Complete stay in Gen Luna!”

Huge room, good design, nice bedding, and a great location close to all the action. The price is fair. Nothing to complain about.
