“Paradise stay in Santa Cruz”
The hotel is cozy and downtown, just a 5‑minute walk from the ferry pier, and close to restaurants, bars, stores and tour agencies. We booked suite 2 with a sea view and it was worth it; the room was spacious, had a balcony, and all the essentials. Nearby is a common lounge with a kitchen for those who want to cook. Breakfasts were always delicious and fresh—thanks, Vita. Carlos was extremely helpful, resolving all our questions and requests right away, arranging airport transport, and assisting with luggage. We also enjoyed an early check‑in; the room was ready and clean. Housekeeping was excellent too. I highly recommend this place.
